For prescriptions, school and work excuses, and anything pertaining to normal business please call during our office hours.
For after hours services call our main number and you will be directed to the Doctor on call.
We require a 24 hour notice for all prescription refill requests.
Due to the large number of immunization records being requested, we require a 48 hour notice for all immunization record requests.
Due to continued missed appointments, there will now be a $25 charge for any appoinment missed without at least a 24 hour notice. So please call if you need to cancel or reschedule.
